Double Shot of Espresso

Northern-Italian style espresso roasted on century-old Royal No. 6 drum roasters, pulled short and sweet as a double ristretto. Syrupy body with bittersweet cocoa up front and a hint of natural fruit brightness on the finish. The base for every milk drink on our menu.
Latte
Espresso • Hot or Iced
A double shot of CR espresso with ten ounces of finely textured milk steamed just below 150°F so natural sweetness comes forward without scalding. Finish it plain or add one of our house-made syrups, each made to work with the espresso's cocoa foundation. Whole, skim, oat, or almond milk.
Cortado

A two-ounce double-ristretto shot of CR espresso cut with an equal two ounces of steamed milk warmed to 130°F. One-to-one ratio for balanced sweetness. A quick, smooth pick-me-up that lands between a straight espresso and a latte.
Americano

Northern-Italian style espresso roasted on century-old Royal drum roasters, topped with hot water (or ice water) for a clean, balanced cup that lets the cocoa-caramel notes shine. A classic café sipper, hot or iced.

Cold Brew Iced Coffee

Slow-steeped for eighteen hours with the CR Cold Brew Blend, ground coarse, immersed in cold water overnight, then triple-filtered for a clean, low-acidity concentrate. Pours smooth and almost syrupy with dark-caramel depth and zero bitterness. Served over ice, black or with milk and raw cane syrup.

Fresh CR espresso, a splash of cold-brew concentrate, milk, cane sugar, and ice cream blended into a thick, shake-like drink that stays smooth to the last sip. The espresso's natural bitterness balances the sweetness, delivering a cold, creamy, and highly caffeinated drink. Optional whipped cream and cocoa dusting.

Choose your profile: Streetcar Medium Roast for milk-chocolate sweetness, French Roast for bold smoky aroma, or Roch Blend for smooth cocoa-chicory depth that tastes like New Orleans in a cup.

House-made chai spice syrup blended in-shop from real cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and cane sugar, then steamed with your choice of milk for a creamy, aromatic cup with just enough sweetness. Finished with a light foam cap and fresh cinnamon on request.
