A True New Orleans Classic.
Poured the way we make it at St. Roch Market: hot drip coffee blended with Roch Blend, our lighter-roast coffee-and-chicory, and finished with silky steamed milk. The lighter roast lets the cocoa notes shine while the chicory adds a gentle caramel edge. This is the café au lait Kevin talks about when he says "you don't taste the scorch, you taste the sweetness." A 50/50 coffee-to-steamed-milk ratio makes it smooth enough to sip all morning without the heaviness of a latte.
